L'eauphant designs are offered exclusively through our online platform.

DELIVERY PERIOD

Following order confirmation, your design is meticulously prepared and handed over to the authorized carrier within 1-3 business days.

Delivery timelines and operational options are optimized according to your location and current stock availability.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING THRESHOLD

A standard shipping fee ($30) applies to all orders. Shipping is complimentary for purchases exceeding [300$].

ORDER STATUS

Order status updates are transmitted via email. Registered members may also access these details via the Account dashboard.

Split Shipments: The items included in each dispatch will be detailed in a specific email notification.

TAXES & DUTIES

Global shipments are executed in accordance with DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Consequently, all import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

L'eauphant assumes no liability for delays, costs, or regulatory actions imposed by customs authorities.

UNABLE TO DELIVER

L'eauphant assumes no liability for shipment failures resulting from recipient errors (incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or information deficits rendering delivery impossible).

In the event of a failed delivery attempt or the necessity for re-shipment, all resulting logistical and operational costs are borne by the recipient.

RETURN(S)

Exchanges are available subject to specified conditions.

To ensure immediate access to the requested design and inventory assurance, the standard protocol is to initiate a return process for the current item and place a separate order for the desired design.

The customer is responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the carrier. Please note that we do not offer free returns.

RETURN PERIOD

You may initiate a return request within 14 business days from the date the garment is delivered to you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returned garment(s) must be in original condition, suitable for resale, with all tags attached and complete.

PACKAGING INTEGRITY

The original packaging (boxes) is an integral component of the design. To prevent damage, a separate protective box must be used for shipping the return.

DELIVERY & CONFIRMATION OBLIGATION

It is essential to inspect the garment upon delivery for any defects, damage, or discrepancies. Should such an issue be detected, immediate notification to L'eauphant is mandatory.

Acceptance of the shipment without inspection constitutes confirmation that the design has been received in complete and pristine condition. Return requests based on damages or defects not verified at the time of delivery may be rejected in accordance with our Quality Control standards. This is the L'eauphant quality standard.

RETURN SHIPPING METHOD & COST LIABILITY

Return requests must be initiated via customercare@leauphant.com.

The necessary documentation for returns is enclosed within the envelope provided in your packaging.

Returns sent without prior notification and/or authorization will not be accepted. Liability and costs for return shipments executed via non-approved logistics providers are borne by the recipient.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) by our Quality Control unit, the status of your return request will be communicated via email.

Upon approval, the refund amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. This period excludes the processing time of your bank or credit card institution; additional time may be required.

Should the refund not appear in your account after 15 business days from the date of approval, please contact us via customercare@augieleauphant.com.
