Free shipping is offered on orders of USD 300 and above. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of USD 30 applies.
All international shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. For further information, contact your local customs authority.
Unable to Deliver
L'eauphant is not responsible for non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details, refused shipment, or missing recipient information. If reshipment is required, all associated costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns may be requested within 14 business days of delivery. Free returns are not available for international orders.
Email notification is required before return shipment. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging. Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Original boxes must be included and undamaged.
Returns must be sent via FedEx using the enclosed label. Other couriers will not be accepted.
Exchanges are not offered. To change size or color, return and place a new order.
