Delivery & returns.

Information regarding international delivery, returns, refunds, and exchanges. For information relating to Turkey, please visit leauphant.com.tr.

Dispatch

Following order confirmation, your item is carefully prepared and handed over to the authorised courier within one to three (1-3) business days. Delivery timelines and operational options are optimised according to your location and product availability.

Delivery times

International deliveries are made via FedEx and typically arrive within seven to ten (7-10) business days from dispatch, subject to local customs clearance and courier conditions.

These timelines are indicative and not contractually binding. Estimated arrival is calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing the FedEx tracking number will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Real-time tracking is available throughout transit.

Shipping fees

Free shipping thresholds and standard shipping fees apply by region:

  • Singapore — free over 450 SGD; otherwise 40 SGD;
  • United Kingdom — free over 300 GBP; otherwise 25 GBP;
  • Azerbaijan — free over 500 AZN; otherwise 40 AZN;
  • Switzerland — free over 300 CHF; otherwise 25 CHF;
  • United States — free over 500 USD; otherwise 40 USD;
  • Canada — free over 600 CAD; otherwise 50 CAD;
  • Europe — free over 350 EUR; otherwise 30 EUR;
  • Gulf — free over 350 USD; otherwise 40 USD;
  • Kazakhstan — free over 350 USD; otherwise 30 USD.

Signature on delivery

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to receive the parcel, FedEx will attempt redelivery or hold the shipment at a local pickup point. Tracking notifications will indicate any such status changes.

Order status

Updates regarding your order status will be sent to you by email, even if you placed your order as a guest. If you have an account at leauphant.com, you may also view these details in the My Account section.

Split shipments

If your order is dispatched in multiple parcels, you will receive a detailed email specifying the items included in each shipment.

Taxes & additional fees

All international shipments are dispatched under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

Prices shown do not include duties, taxes, or any additional import-related fees. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Peak season & holidays

During public holidays observed in Türkiye, as well as international peak shipping periods, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended. Affected orders will be communicated where applicable.

Available destinations

L'EAUPHANT ships exclusively to the regions listed under Shipping Fees. Orders to destinations not listed cannot be processed.

Unable to deliver

L'EAUPHANT cannot be held responsible where delivery is unable to be completed due to recipient-related issues, including incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal to accept the shipment, or missing information that prevents successful delivery.

Should a second shipment become necessary, any additional logistical or operational costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return period

You may return your order within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions set out in the following sections.

Return conditions

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, suitable for resale, complete, and with all tags attached.

Please retain the original box and packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your purchase. Returns sent without the original box are accepted at the customer's own risk — L'EAUPHANT cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during transit due to inadequate packaging, and the corresponding loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or production-specific reasons:

  • Hair accessories;
  • Underwear and lingerie;
  • Swimwear or bikinis with removed or damaged hygiene seals;
  • Personalised or custom-made products.

Inspection & defective items

If delivery is delayed beyond ten (10) business days from the estimated date, please contact us at customercare@leauphant.com.

Upon receipt, please inspect your item for any defects, damage, or discrepancies with your order. Should any irregularity be identified, notify us within forty-eight (48) hours at customercare@leauphant.com with clear photographs of the issue.

Where a defect is confirmed, L'EAUPHANT will arrange one of the following at your preference: replacement of the item subject to availability, repair where feasible, or a full refund including return shipping costs. This is granted in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Claims regarding defects or shipping damage reported after the 48-hour window may be subject to additional verification and may affect the outcome of your request. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Footwear fitting

Shoes should be tried on only on soft, carpeted surfaces to prevent any marks or scuffs on the soles. Footwear showing signs of outdoor use or sole damage will not be accepted for return.

Original box requirement

Product boxes are considered an integral part of the design.

Do not apply shipping labels or tape directly onto the product box. Items must be returned within an additional protective outer carton to prevent damage during shipment.

Returns received with damaged or missing product boxes may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund.

Return shipping

Free returns are not available for international orders. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns sent on a collect-on-delivery or bill-recipient basis are not permitted. Should such a shipment be received, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

A return request must be submitted by email to customercare@leauphant.com prior to shipment. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and any costs incurred will remain the customer's responsibility.

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of your withdrawal notice to send the item back via FedEx. We strongly recommend using FedEx for your return, as your order was originally delivered via FedEx. Using the same carrier simplifies customs document matching and helps avoid delays or additional charges at Turkish customs.

Please share your FedEx tracking number with us once your return has been shipped. L'EAUPHANT cannot assume responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit when returns are sent using a carrier other than FedEx.

Customs declaration

When shipping your return, you must declare the package as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration form provided by FedEx. Include the original order value and a description of the item. Do not declare the package as a gift, a new purchase, or leave the description blank. Please also include the original invoice inside the package.

If the customs form is filled out incorrectly or incompletely, the shipment will be classified as a new import by Turkish customs rather than a return. In that case, the following charges will apply: 10% VAT on textile and clothing items, plus any applicable customs duties, administrative fees, and warehouse storage charges. The customer is fully responsible for any such costs, and these will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be processed on the remaining balance after all applicable deductions.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. To receive a different size, colour, or item, please place a new order separately. Return the original item within fourteen (14) days under the standard return conditions; once approved, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund procedure

Once the returned item has been received and reviewed by our Quality Control team, you will be notified of the outcome by email.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within ten (10) business days, excluding the initial delivery charges. Where applicable, any deductions — including but not limited to customs duties, taxes resulting from incorrect customs declaration, loss in value due to missing packaging, or handling beyond reasonable inspection — will be applied before the refund is processed.

If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you by email. You may request the item to be shipped back to you at your own expense. Items not reclaimed within thirty (30) days of notification will be disposed of at our discretion.

Please note that refund processing times do not include your bank's or card provider's internal processing period, which may require additional time. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your refund approval and the amount has not appeared in your account, please contact us at customercare@leauphant.com.
