Home delivery

Standard delivery - $30 / FREE orders over $300

Split orders

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.

Taxes and duties

For online purchases, the customer is responsible for some additional charges that may apply due to the import rules of the country they live in. All orders placed via leauphant.com are dispatched in accordance with DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Taxes, duties, and customs brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer (DAP). For detailed information, please consult the customs authority of your country.

Unable to deliver

In the event of an incomplete address, incorrect address, inability to place the parcel in the Customer’s letterbox, refusal of the parcel by the recipient, lack of information making it impossible to deliver the Product to the recipient at the appointed time, the Customer shall be responsible for all associated costs.
