Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following confirmation.
Free shipping is offered on orders of USD 300 and above. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of USD 30 applies.
All international shipments are sent via FedEx under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional fees upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. For further information, please contact your local customs authority.
In the event of a return, any standard delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be included in the refund.
Unable to Deliver L'EAUPHANT is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details, refusal of shipment, or missing recipient information.
In such cases:
- If the order needs to be re-shipped, all associated shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer.
- If delivery is refused at the door, the return shipping cost to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval — please contact customercare@leauphant.com before shipping.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Please retain the original box until you are certain you wish to keep your purchase.
Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Product boxes are part of the product — do not apply labels or tape directly onto them. Ship returns in a protective outer carton.
Hair accessories, underwear, and swimwear with removed hygiene seals cannot be returned. Personalised items are final sale.
L'EAUPHANT reserves the right to refuse returns or deduct from the refund if items show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
Free returns are not available. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Collect-on-delivery or bill-recipient returns are not permitted — if received, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Send your return via FedEx and share your tracking number with us. Using FedEx is strongly recommended as your order was delivered via FedEx — this simplifies customs processing and avoids delays. L'EAUPHANT is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged when sent via other carriers.
You have 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notice to ship the item.
Customs Declaration You must declare the package as "Returned Goods" on the FedEx customs form. Include the original order value and item description. Do not declare as a gift, a new purchase, or leave blank. Place the original invoice inside the package.
Incorrect or incomplete customs forms will result in the shipment being treated as a new import. In that case: 10% VAT on textile/clothing items, plus customs duties, administrative fees, and storage charges will apply. All such costs will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges Direct exchanges are not offered. To receive a different size or colour, place a new order. Standard return conditions apply if you wish to return the original item.
Ready-to-Wear Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural materials may show slight tonal variations — this is characteristic, not a defect.
Dry clean using a professional service; inform your cleaner of any stains before treatment.
For hand washing: use cold water with pH-neutral detergent, do not twist or wring, and lay flat to dry.
Always refer to the garment label for specific care instructions.
Leather Goods Allow footwear to rest for a minimum of 24 hours between wears.
Protect all leather items from direct sunlight, water, and excessive moisture.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth and store in a cool, ventilated space.
Natural leather may show tonal variations and colour transfer onto lighter surfaces or fabrics — this is characteristic of the material and not considered a defect.
