Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased for any reason, all you need to do is go to the nearest Fedex branch with the item and hand in the sticker that comes inside the box of the item you have received to the employee. You have 14 working days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase via leauphant.com. 

Please be advised that return shipping expenses shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is necessitated by a fault or oversight attributable to us.

Specific documentation needed for all the returns:

In case you have received an e-archive (except autonomous), please complete the return section information for each item you want to return (mark the item, confirm the units you want to return and amount of total price per line) and then sign the document.

If you place the order as a company, you must include a return invoice issued by your company together with the e-invoice.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted. 

The product you have purchased should be returned in the same condition in which it is received, and should include all tags and other items that are in the original package. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

Please make sure to return all products that come in their own box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

Underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged though they kept in their original conditions or packaging.

Hair accessorieses cannot be returned or exchanged though they kept in their original conditions or packaging.

Swimwear and bikini bottoms must include the hygiene sticker. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

Drop point

Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest FedEx drop point within fourteen (14) working days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.

All you need to do is go to the nearest Fedex branch with the item and hand in the sticker that comes inside the box of the item you have received to the employee.

Return request modification

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can process it. If you decide not to return an item indicated in the request, you do not have to carry out any procedure, since you will only be given a refund for items received at our facilities.

Exchanges

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately via leauphant.com. 

The exchange option is not available for online purchases. 

Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Carrier fee

The customer is responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the carrier. Please note that we do not offer free returns.
