Ready-to-Wear
Dry Clean Only
If your item requires professional dry cleaning, please follow the recommendations below to maintain its condition:
• Dry clean only; delicate fabric.
• Choose a reputable dry cleaner experienced with delicate garments and bleach-safe processes.
• Request a preliminary inspection to identify stains or fabric concerns.
• Confirm pre-treatment methods with the dry cleaner to avoid damage.
• After cleaning, review the garment carefully before taking it home.
Hand Wash Only
If your item is hand-wash only:
• Use cold water with a mild, preferably shampoo-based liquid detergent.
• Soak for at least 5 minutes.
• Do not twist or scrub; gently move the garment through the water.
• After rinsing, lay the garment on a white towel and roll it to absorb excess water.
• Dry flat—do not hang while wet.
• Once dry, hang the garment and steam inside-out from top to bottom, keeping a few inches of distance to avoid water spots.
Shoes
Crafted in collaboration with a renowned footwear atelier in Istanbul, L’eauphant shoes are made from carefully selected genuine leathers. As leather is a natural, living material, proper care is essential to preserve its beauty and comfort.
• We recommend alternating wear to allow the leather fibers to breathe and rest.
• Natural variations on the leather surface may occur over time; these are inherent to genuine leather.
• Avoid direct contact with water, oils, or solvents.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth and store your shoes in their protective case.
• Exposure to moisture or perspiration may cause natural dyes to transfer onto socks or skin.
Delivery
Standard delivery — $30 / Complimentary shipping on orders over $300.
Shipping options may vary depending on delivery address, order timing, and product availability.
Taxes & Duties
International shipments are fulfilled under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Accordingly, all import duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
L’EAUPHANT cannot be held liable for delays, costs or regulatory actions imposed by customs authorities.
Returns
You may submit a return request within 14 business days from the date your order is delivered.
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in instances where the return is necessitated by an error attributable to us.
Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, accompanied by all original tags, labels and packaging components. Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.
• Footwear must be tried on only on carpeted surfaces.
• Products supplied in their own box (including shoes) must be returned in their original, undamaged box, placed inside a secondary shipping box.
• Underwear and hair accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if unused.
• Swimwear and bikini bottoms must be returned with the hygiene liner intact.
Returns that do not adhere to these criteria will not be eligible for acceptance.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size, color or product, please return your item and place a new order.
Carrier Fees
The customer is responsible for any fees or charges applied by the carrier. Please note that we do not offer free returns.
Failure to Deliver
L’EAUPHANT assumes no responsibility for delivery issues arising from recipient-related errors, including incomplete or incorrect address details, refusal of delivery or insufficient information rendering delivery impossible.
In cases requiring a second delivery attempt or re-shipment, all related logistical and operational costs will be borne by the recipient.
