We take all necessary safeguards, notably contractual, technical and organisational measures to guarantee the privacy and security of your data and to protect such data from any misrepresentation, damage, destruction or access by unauthorised third parties.

Can I modify or cancel my online order?

As per our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, once an Order has been submitted it cannot be further modified or cancelled. Once your cart has been finalized and the payment process completed, it is not possible to make any modifications to your order. This includes adding or removing items, changing product color or size, or altering the selected payment method.

Customers may cancel their orders by contacting our customer service team, provided the order is still in the procurement stage. Once the invoice has been issued and the order marked as fulfilled, cancellation requests can no longer be processed.

Should the order have already been shipped, please consider that you may still request a return by following the instructions in the Returns section.

For security reasons, we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping or billing address.

Cancellations by Us
Orders may be canceled by our system under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Unavailability of item(s)
• Issues in processing payment information
• Inability to deliver to the provided address
• Detection of duplicate orders

Customers will be notified via email in the event of such cancellations, including the reason for the cancellation.

Can I return a product purchased online?

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased for any reason, all you need to do is go to the nearest Fedex branch with the item and hand in the sticker that comes inside the box of the item you have received to the employee.

You have 14 working days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from leauphant.com.

Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.

Please note that, following delivery of the order, if the Customer exercises the legal or contractual right of withdrawal and he/she is the one as a customer who does not use any return options (except the courier firm stated by the company) provided by L’EAUPHANT and organises the transport of the returned goods by sending via the courier firm that the customer chooses, L’EAUPHANT will not be responsible these kind of returns by no means and you’ll completely assume the risk and harm on the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to L’EAUPHANT. If the customer chooses to return products to leauphant.com with the shipping costs payable by the recipient, the customer will be liable for the associated fees

Return policy:

Item(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

The product you have purchased should be returned in the same condition in which it is received, and should include all tags and other items that are in the original package. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

Please make sure to return all products that come in their own box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

Underwear item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged though they kept in their original conditions or packaging.Hair accessorieses cannot be returned or exchanged though they kept in their original conditions or packaging.

Swimwear and bikini bottoms must include the hygiene sticker. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

Refund policy:

After examining the products, we will inform the Customer of whether he/she has the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid.

The refund will be paid as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 14 working days from the date on which the Customer notified L’EAUPHANT of his/her intention to cancel.

The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs incurred during the return process.

L’EAUPHANT cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returns.

Can I return an order even if I am not registered in My account?

Of course. All you need to do is go to the nearest Fedex branch with the item and hand in the sticker that comes inside the box of the item you have received to the employee.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs incurred during the return process.

Is the return free?

Please bear in mind that the Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

VAT refund is not available for online purchases.

How can I take care of my product(s)?

Please refer to the care instructions provided on the product label or within the packaging. Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and appearance of your items.

Ready-to-wear

If your item requires dry cleaning only, please follow this instruction to maintain its condition:

•Dry cleaning only; delicate fabric.
•Select a reliable dry cleaner that is skilled at cleaning occasion dresses through bleach-safe processes.
•Thorough inspection as the second step at your dry cleaner is crucial to identify specific stain spots if any, or fabric concerns.
•Pre-treatment method should be discussed with the dry cleaner staff to make sure no damage will be done.
•The last step, double check the garment before getting it back when the dry cleaning process is complete.

If your item requires hand-wash only, please follow this instruction to maintain its condition:
•Hand-wash only; delicate fabric.
•Use cold water with mild, preferably shampoo formulated liquid detergent.
•Let the garment soak for at least 5 minutes.
•Do not twist or scrub the garment, just swish it through the water.
•After rinsing it, place the garment on a white towel and roll it up to absorb excess water.
•Do not hang it, place the garment on a flat surface and let it dry.
•When it is dry, hang the garment on a hanger and steam vertically from top to bottom inside out to iron out the creases. Keep a few inches of distance between the steamer and the fabric to avoid water spots or drips.

Shoes

Blending the sophisticated taste of L’eauphant with many years of experience of craftmanship of a remarkable footwear manufacturer in Istanbul, L’eauphant shoes are crafted from carefully selected genuine leathers.

Our shoes made of natural leather need protection topreserve their beauty and comfort for a long time as genuine leather is a living material.

It would be better if you wear your shoes at least every other day to make sure the leather fibers get enough air and have required time to rest, some variations may appear on the leather surface depending on the characteristic features of genuine leather.

In order to protect the quality of the product for a long time, we would recommend you to avoid contact with water, oil and solvents. Clean with a soft cloth and store in a protective case.

When expised to sweat or moisture, natural leather could stain socks and feet.
