Our shoes made of natural leather need protection topreserve their beauty and comfort for a long time as genuine leather is a living material. It would be better if you wear your shoes at least every other day to make sure the leather fibers get enough air and have required time to rest, some variations may appear on the leather surface depending on the characteristic features of genuine leather. In order to protect the quality of the product for a long time, we would recommend you to avoid contact with water, oil and solvents. Clean with a soft cloth and store in a protective case.
Reminder:
When expised to sweat or moisture, natural leather could stain socks and feet.
Returns and exchanges:
You can return your order free of charge within fourteen (14) business days from the order shipment date. Items must have tags attached and be in perfect condition when received.
If you want to exchange the same product for a different color or size option or a different product, you can return the product(s) free of charge and place a new order.
There is no exchange option for online purchases.
• The product(s) must be returned without any damage or deterioration, along with the invoice with the return information filled in. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• Make sure that all products are exactly as you received them, with the tags and seals still attached. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface before you decide to keep them. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be accepted for return.
• All products that come in their own boxes, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes as they are considered part of the product. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• Make sure to return long products that came in their own boxes in another sturdy cardboard box to avoid damaging the original packaging. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• Underwear products cannot be returned even if the original packaging is preserved.
• The hygiene labels of swimsuits and bikinis must not be removed or damaged. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• Accessory products that have been opened cannot be returned, even if their original packaging is preserved.
• There is no exchange option for online purchases.
