Can I choose the shipping company?
The cargo company is automatically determined by the system, taking into account issues such as distribution network and delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is in the supply process, you can cancel it by calling our customer service. If your order has been invoiced and has reached the status of supplied, it will no longer be canceled. In this case, when the products reach you, you can examine them and if you do not like them, you can return them in accordance with the return conditions or you can direct the cargo package to return without receiving it. After the products reach our warehouse, your refund will be processed after the checks.
Orders cancelled by us
From time to time, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for a variety of reasons. Some of the reasons include:

• When there is difficulty in processing your payment information
• When there is difficulty in sending to the specified address
• When a repeat order is placed
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason for the cancellation.
Can I make changes to my order?
After you create your cart and complete the payment step, you cannot add or remove products, change color/size, or change payment method in your order.
How can I return products I purchased from WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM?
You can return the products you purchased through WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM with the return code you will create through your membership with the contracted cargo companies.
You can create your return request by entering the “My Orders” section on Leauphant.com, selecting the product you want to return from the “Order Details” page, pressing the “Return” button and selecting the reason for return. You can deliver your return package to the contracted cargo branch with the generated return code and delivery note and have it shipped free of charge. It is important that the product to be returned does not lose its resalable feature, is packaged in a way that will not be damaged as it reaches you, and that the return request is made within fourteen (14) business days. When the product reaches the warehouse, the necessary checks will be made and the return process will be initiated and you will be notified by SMS when the return order is transferred to your bank.
If the customer terminates the contract, WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM refunds all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred when a delivery type other than the least costly standard delivery type offered by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM is selected).
WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will issue a refund using the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase and in no event will the customer pay any additional fees as a result of such a refund.
The customer must return the products to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM without any delay to the courier company designated by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM, within fourteen (14) business days from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer must send back or return the products before the expiration of this fourteen (14) business day period. If the customer does not wish to use any of the available free return methods, he/she must bear the return costs. If the customer wishes to return the products to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM at the expense of the recipient, he/she may be responsible for the related costs.
The customer is only liable for any reduction in value that goes beyond any control necessary for the nature, properties and functioning of the products.
The customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in contracts regarding the delivery of any of the following products:
1. Contracts for goods specially prepared in accordance with the customer's wishes or personal needs.
2. Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in material form, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery of the goods.
3. Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; and those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, etc.).
In addition: The customer may inspect the products after delivery to determine their condition, features and functions. It is a reasonably acceptable process in stores to handle the products for inspection in an acceptable manner. The customer must return the products to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM with their original packaging, instructions and other documents. In any case, when returning the product, the customer must send the invoice received when the product was delivered or the relevant documents required by the e-invoice/e-archive legislation together with the product.
WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the cargo package.
Additionally: WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will not accept and will reject any complaints regarding products that have been used in a manner contrary to their intended use.
Important points
• The product(s) must be returned without any damage or deterioration, along with the invoice with the return information filled in. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• Make sure that all products are exactly as you received them, with the tags and seals still attached. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface before you decide to keep them. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be accepted for return.
• All products that come in their own boxes, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes, as they are considered part of the product. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted and L'EAUPHANT will not be held responsible for any problems experienced during shipping. The customer is responsible for any material damages related to returns made outside of their original boxes.
• Accessory products cannot be returned even if their original packaging is preserved.
• If the product(s) that came in their original box are returned without their original box, make sure to return the product(s) in another sturdy cardboard box to prevent damage to the product(s). Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted and L'EAUPHANT will not be held responsible for any problems caused by cargo. The customer is responsible for any material damages related to returns made outside their original boxes.
• Underwear products cannot be returned even if the original packaging is preserved.
• The hygiene labels of swimsuits and bikinis must not be removed or damaged. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• There is no exchange option for online purchases.
Please note that you must always return the items within fourteen (14) business days before the return period expires.
How can I exchange a product I purchased from WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM?
If you want to exchange the same product for a different color or size option or a different product, you can return the product(s) for free and place a new order.

How should ready-made clothing, shoes and all leather products purchased from WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM be maintained?
Please pay attention to the recommended care instructions for the relevant garment.
If the care instructions for the relevant garment recommend dry cleaning:
• Dry clean only; delicate fabric.
• Choose a dry cleaner whose expertise you trust, who uses methods that will not damage delicate fabrics used for special events and/or invitations during the cleaning process.
• Do not forget to make a comprehensive inspection before the dry cleaning process; if there are any stains, identifying them in advance is healthier for the process.
• In order to ensure that your garment will not be damaged during dry cleaning, we kindly request that you discuss the methods and materials to be used in detail with the dry cleaning personnel.
• Once the dry cleaning process is complete, please double check your garment before taking it back.
If the care instructions for the relevant garment recommend hand washing:
• Hand wash only; delicate fabric.
• Always use cold water with a mild liquid detergent, preferably formulated with shampoo.
• Leave the clothes in the water you have prepared for at least 5 minutes.
• Never twist or rub the garment during and after the cleaning process; simply swish the garment around in the water.
• After rinsing, place the garment on a white towel and allow it to absorb excess water.
• Never hang; lay the garment horizontally on a flat surface and wait for it to dry.
• When dry, hang the garment on a hanger and steam only vertically from top to bottom (preferably with a steamer) to remove any wrinkles from the lining. Leave a few centimeters between your iron and the fabric to avoid water spots or drips.

Genuine leather is a living material. For this reason, our shoes made of natural leather require regular maintenance in order to maintain their beauty and comfort for a long time.
It is recommended that you wear your shoes at least every other day. This way, you will ensure that the leather fibers get enough air and rest.
Differences may be seen on the leather surface depending on the characteristics of natural leather.
In order to preserve the quality of the product for a long time, we recommend that you avoid contact with water, oil and solvents.
Clean with a soft cloth and store in a protective case.
Since it is natural leather, it can be dyed.
