Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period ends fourteen (14) business days after the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the courier) takes possession of the products or, in the case of separate delivery of more than one product in a single order, fourteen (14) business days after the customer or a third party designated by the customer (other than the courier) takes possession of the last product (except for contracts concluded for a product group in which the right of withdrawal specified in the following article cannot be exercised).

Purchased products can be returned free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. In order to exercise this right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) business days, the customer must notify the customer that they want to exercise their right of withdrawal and their decision to terminate the contract through other means offered on the WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM website.

In order for the customer to exercise his right of withdrawal in a timely manner, it is sufficient for him to inform WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM that he wants to exercise his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right's period.

If the customer has any questions, he/she can reach the authorized unit by writing to customercare@augieleauphant.com or by calling the customer service line at 0850 885 AU (28) LP (57).

The refund will be made without any delay and within fourteen (14) business days from the date of receipt of the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Regardless of the return method preferred by the customer, if the returns are not made by a courier chosen by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM, the extra costs that WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will incur will not be included in the amount to be refunded to the customer.

Following the delivery of your order; if you wish to exercise your legal or contractual right of withdrawal and do not use any of the return options offered by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM (other than the courier company determined by the company); if the customer organizes the transfer of the products to be returned himself and sends them through his own courier company, the responsibility for any damages and risks that may occur in the returns due to reasons not caused by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will be entirely yours, and WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will not be liable for such returns.

In addition, please be informed that when you use any of the return options offered by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM, you will be responsible for the contents of the return package. In the event of an error in the content of the return package that is not caused by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM, we would like to inform you that the package will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the related costs.

*Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal

If the customer terminates the contract, WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM refunds all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs that may arise if a delivery type other than the least costly standard delivery type offered by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM is selected), except as otherwise provided in Article 8 (Right of Withdrawal).

WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will issue a refund using the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase and in no event will the customer pay any additional fees as a result of such a refund.

The customer must return the products to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM without any delay to the cargo company determined by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM, within fourteen (14) business days from the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer must send back or return the products before the expiration of this fourteen (14) business day period.
The customer is only liable for any reduction in value that goes beyond any control necessary for the nature, properties and functioning of the products.

*Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in contracts regarding the delivery of any of the following products:

1. Contracts for goods specially prepared in accordance with the customer's wishes or personal needs.
2. Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in material form, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery of the goods.
3. Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; and those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, accessories, etc.).

After delivery, the customer may inspect the products in their hands to determine their condition, characteristics and functions. It is a reasonably acceptable process in stores to handle the products for inspection in an acceptable manner. If the customer's inspection goes beyond the acceptable level and the products are damaged or their value is reduced, WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM may offset this difference from the refund to be made to the customer at the time of exercising the right of withdrawal or the customer may have to pay WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM an amount equivalent to the reduced value of the products.

The customer must return the products to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM with their original packaging, instructions and other documents. In any case, when returning the product, the customer must send the invoice received when the product was delivered or the relevant documents required by the e-invoice/e-archive legislation together with the product.

*Return via cargo
When the product is to be returned via the courier company determined by WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM, the customer must contact WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM via the form on the website to organize the delivery of the product. The customer must send the product in the same package in accordance with the instructions in the "RETURNS" section on the website.

If the customer does not wish to use any of the available free return methods, he/she must bear the return costs. If the customer wishes to return the products to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM at buyer's expense, he/she may be responsible for the associated costs.
WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will inform the customer whether the customer is entitled to a refund of the amounts paid after examining the products. The refund will be made if the right of withdrawal is exercised within the fourteen (14) working days period and all products forming the relevant package are returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which the intention to withdraw was notified to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM. The refund will always be made using the payment method used for the purchase.

The customer is responsible for the risks of returning the products to WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM as stated above.

*Return of defective products
If the customer thinks that the product does not comply with the contract upon delivery, he/she must immediately contact WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM regarding the product damage by writing to customercare@augieleauphant.com or by calling the customer service line at 0850 885 AU (28) LP (57).

WWW.LEAUPHANT.COM will examine the product returned by the same courier due to being defective and will send a notification to the customer via e-mail within a reasonable time regarding the right to exchange or refund (if any). If a defect is found in the returned products due to a defect, all payments related to the product will be refunded to the customer, including the delivery cost incurred while sending the product to the customer and the costs incurred while returning the product. The refund of the money received from the customer will always be made to the credit card used by the customer to pay for the order.

*Important issues regarding the right of withdrawal

• The product(s) must be returned without any damage or deterioration, along with the invoice with the return information filled in. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• Make sure that all products are exactly as you received them, with the tags and seals still attached. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface before you decide to keep them. Otherwise, the item(s) will not be accepted for return.
• All products that come in their own boxes, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes, as they are considered part of the product. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted and AUGIE L'EAUPHANT will not be held responsible for any problems experienced during shipping. The customer is responsible for any material damages related to returns made outside of their original boxes.
• Accessory products that have been opened cannot be returned, even if their original packaging is preserved.
• If the product(s) that came in their original box are returned without their original box, make sure to return the product(s) in another sturdy cardboard box to prevent damage to the product(s). Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted and AUGIE L'EAUPHANT will not be held responsible for any problems caused by cargo. The customer is responsible for any material damages related to returns made outside their original boxes.
• Underwear products cannot be returned even if the original packaging is preserved.
• The hygiene labels of swimsuits and bikinis must not be removed or damaged. Otherwise, the return of the product(s) will not be accepted.
• There is no exchange option for online purchases.

Please note that you must always return the items within fourteen (14) business days before the return period expires.
